Project Background

Purple Dog is an e-commerce platform designed to make shopping for pet products simple and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working on this project to create a user-friendly online store where customers could easily explore a wide range of pet essentials. The focus was on making the shopping experience smooth and engaging.

Our Approach

Research & Planning Phase:

We started by gathering all product information, sorting them into categories, and defining how much content and design work was needed to meet the project requirements. This step ensured a clear structure before moving into the design phase.

Design & Development Phase:

With the structure in place, we created a visually engaging but lightweight interface that made shopping easy. The design emphasized large images, clean layouts, and simple interactions. During this phase, we also conducted A/B testing and usability testing in Sydney, allowing us to refine the design based on real user feedback.

Implementation & Testing Phase:

Before launch, we tracked and analysed user interactions to fine-tune the experience. Sales tracking and analytics were set up to help measure performance and gather insights for future improvements.
