Project Background

FAM Pool & Spa Solutions is a Sydney-based pool service company with over 15 years of hands-on industry experience, offering residential, commercial, and equipment services.

The goal was to create a website that clearly communicates their services, builds trust with local customers, and provides an easy path for enquiries and quotes.

A final laptop mockup displays a blog or article resource section with images and text blocks, reinforcing the podcast’s commitment to connection and education.

Objectives

The business relied heavily on word-of-mouth and referrals, but lacked a strong digital presence.

The key challenges were:

  • Low online visibility despite strong experience

  • Unclear communication of services and value

  • No structured way for users to explore offerings

  • Lack of trust signals and differentiation

  • No clear conversion path (quotes, contact, enquiries)

The opportunity was to translate a service-based, offline business into a clear digital experience
