Overview

Worldteam needed a website that reflected its positioning as a leader in Digital, Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity.

I led the redesign to simplify messaging, improve user experience, and create a stronger foundation for lead generation — resulting in measurable business impact.

Laptop displaying a grid layout of employee headshots, interviews, or team insights, reinforcing the company’s human-focused culture.

Challenge

The existing website lacked clarity and consistency. Messaging was fragmented, the structure confusing, and the experience didn’t reflect the company’s expertise or positioning.

As a result, the site underperformed in engagement and lead generation.
