Overview

Classical Lovers is a mobile product concept designed to reimagine the concert experience for classical music audiences.

The goal was to explore how digital products can bring warmth, emotion, and simplicity into ticket discovery, booking, and event participation.

Challenge

Traditional ticketing platforms focus on functionality but often lack emotional engagement — especially for experiences like classical music, where atmosphere and storytelling matter.

The challenge was to design a product that balances usability with emotional connection, creating an experience that feels as refined as the performances themselves.

My Role

I led the product concept from end to end, including:

  • Defining the product vision and user experience

  • Designing key user flows (discovery, selection, booking)

  • Creating a cohesive visual system and interaction patterns

  • Prototyping a complete mobile experience

Approach

I focused on combining emotional design with clear, intuitive flows.

  • Designed a content-rich discovery experience with immersive visuals

  • Simplified ticket selection and checkout for ease of use

  • Used visual hierarchy and motion to guide the user journey

  • Built a consistent design system aligned with the brand tone

Impact

  • Demonstrates ability to design end-to-end product experiences

  • Explores how emotional design can enhance usability

  • Showcases strong visual direction combined with UX thinking

  • Reflects a user-centered approach to complex flows like ticketing
