Your whole trip, in one app

Your whole trip, in one app

A travel companion concept for ASPP TUR travellers. It’s built on 13 years of answering the same questions over WhatsApp, and it answers them before anyone has to ask.

Documents, sorted by destination

Pick where you’re going and see the exact passport, visa and vaccine checklist for that country. It was the question I answered most as an agent, so it became the first screen I designed.

Packing that knows the trip

Lists change with destination, season and trip type, because packing for a cruise isn’t packing for winter in Europe.

Help, one tap away

SOS puts the embassy, travel insurance and your agent in one place.

Itineraries, food tips and essential phrases, organised by destination. These are the tips I used to send in long WhatsApp messages.

Everything travellers used to carry in a folder

The trip used to live in paper vouchers, PDF emails and one long WhatsApp thread with the agent. The app brings it all into one place, from booking to the trip review.

30 screens, one journey

Every screen in the order a traveller meets it, from the first onboarding screen to the post-trip review.

Designed from the other side of the counter

From 2006 to 2019 I planned trips at ASPP TUR, first as an agent and then as manager. Every screen in this app answers a question a real traveller asked me.

Have a product that needs this kind of thinking?

I’m looking for a UX/Product Designer role in São Paulo or remote. Let’s talk.
